Smoothing:
Soft elements of the model have low detail the geometry will be smoothed when rendering. Therefore do not convert the model to Editable Poly to preserve this effect.

Material:
The skin has been adjusted in such a way that you can change its color in the first slot in the Composite while maintaining a realistic look.
The textures were applied using the Unwrap UVW modifier.
