For correct rendering in versions V-Ray 5 V-Ray 6 select the water object select the overlay material on the above object with an eyedropper activate the ID 2 back material material select the Water preset in the Basic parameters section.
In Corona file on water material ID 2 it is recommended to uncheck Thin (no refraction) in the Refraction parameter rollout.
