This beautiful sconce has three moving joints.
The middle one can be with key for changing position every once in a while or screw for fixed position.
The one on the backplate can be a ball joint to give possibility to change arm position on all directions
with a maximum angle of 30 degrees. The position is fixed. Or the dented same joint that is on the middle
to give all possible angles but vertical and not lateral.
