If necessary change the size of the dark rectangular sections of asphalt and the texture coordinates will change automatically (UVW Map modifier is assigned). You can also change the length of asphalt seams (using Editable Spline and the Sweep modifier). Control the number of cracks using Chaose Scatter. The example settings are in the archive.
