The number of polygons is 648386.
The number of vertices is 357297.

The model is partially made for anti-aliasing (on the Turbosmooth render 2 iterations on the part of the decor).
The modifier stack is not collapsed. Objects are grouped partially attached and have logical names.

In the archive version of 3ds max 2017 (Vray and Corona) and 2021 (Vray and Corona) and separately saved material libraries for each render engine.

For Corona render it is recommended to install a version of at least 1.5 since the glossiness of materials is adjusted taking into account PBR.

For those who work in VRay versions below 3.1 be careful in the materials in the BRDF section there is Microfaset GTR (GGX) if your version is older than 3.1 then the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn Phong or Ward – whichever you prefer.

The archive contains STL FBX (V-Ray and Corona) and OBJ formats – no Turbosmooth modifier!
