The faucet and washbasin models are made for smoothing. If necessary you need to throw on TurboSmooth or turn on NURMS Subdivision for 1 iteration and check the Smoothing groups checkbox (the TurboSmooth modifiers with one iteration are already thrown on the mixer and washbasin models)

For Corona render it is recommended to install a version not lower than 1.5 since the glossiness of the materials is adjusted taking into account PBR.
