Cooktops: Vario 400 series

Create a cohesive work surface by combining modular cooktops. Each cooktop is designed to fit together to form a greater whole and be flush- or surface-mounted within a stainless steel frame. The induction and gas cooktops as well as the more specialized electric grill steamer Teppan Yaki and deep fryer all combine with table and downdraft ventilation systems to offer a vast array of configurations.

Sub-Zero wine storage is far more than just a wine chiller employing a suite of technologies to protect wine from its four enemies: light heat humidity and vibration. Like wine with a fine meal Sub-Zero wine storage complements your decor; thoughtful design.

Two independant storage and temperature zones each sealed and digitally controlled allow you to maintain peptide cellar and serving conditions in the same unit. The microprocessor maintains even the temperature of your presets. The ultra-violet glass panel filters out the harmful rays that can cause premature aging. The quiet of mercy. Shelves glide out smoothly providing access without agitation. The result? Perfect condtions and perfect wine.

Our most important wine storage unit is ICBWS-30 can either be built into cabinetry or free-standing; up to 147 bottles.

Keep food fresher longer with the new air purification system that scrubs the air of bacteria mold and viruses. Stainless steel models are available. The flush inset design installation allows the unit to sit flush with surrounding cabinetry while optional stainless steel panels are available to create a freestanding look.
