When working in Corona to configure 1 of 4 colors you need –
1. red skin – is the default.
2. black leather – in the material section of the diffuse level set = 0
3. gray skin – in the material section set the diffuse level = 0.07
4. dark red – in the material section of the diffuse level set = 0.25

Working in Vray to configure 1 of 4 colors you need –
1. red skin – is the default.
2. black leather – in the material section of the diffuse level set = 0
3. gray skin – in the material section of the diffuse level set = 7
4. dark red – in the material section of the diffuse level set = 25

Who works in the V-Ray version lower than SP1 be careful in the materials in the BRDF section there is Microfaset GTR (GGX) if your version is older than SP1 then the BRDF field will be empty. Put Phong Blinn Ward of your choice.
