Real world size of fabric cut is 500mm. This means that if you have for example a patch of fabric 1400mm then the tiling should be set to 2.8.

– Normal(DirectX)
– Height(TIFF 16bit)
– Sheen(Optional map)

There are ready-made materials for 3ds max VrayCorona users with a floating controller to control tiling in the material editor. But you can use any application with these maps and get very close results to the preview images.
Archive don`t include any mashes from preview except optimized fabric ball.
