A model of a girl in a coat will help reduce the lack of girls in a coat in your scene if there is one.
A bag and a scarf if you do not like them you can easily remove and use the model without them.
I draw your attention that most of the parts of the model that are not directly visible I deleted to reduce the number of polygons. That is the sweater is modeled only in front. Most of the body is also missing.
