A Noise modifier has been applied to the glass which adds a slight distortion to the reflections.
The original stack of modifiers is saved in the Glazing_2020.max file which makes it easy to adjust the size of the chamfer at all corners of the frame and the level of noise on the glass. If necessary you can turn it off completely.
