How to use?
1- Merge a lamp in your scene and position it where you need it.
2- To rotate or move a lamp around your scene select lamp base.
2- Choose a wall socket and place it on the wall. As socket is originally linked to lamp base link a socket to a wall so it does not fallow if you want to move a lamp again.
3- Lamp is rigged and has 3 rotation controllers. Use these controllers to set a lamp in desired pose.

All unwanted positions and rotations are locked or limited so you cant make a mistake by rotating or moving a lamp.
