Wool created modifier Hair and Fur. Before the renderer does not necessarily sure to open the Rendering tab – Environment – Effects – Hair and Fur – Hairs – dropping out tab mr prim. The FBX file no wool but there are splines styling hair. The same for each dog fur have detailed instructions and setup settings screenshots.
