For Corona render it is recommended to install a version not lower than 7 since the new CoronaPhysicalMtl is used. If the Corona version is lower than 7 use Corona PTL Converter.
For V-Ray versions below 3.1: in the materials in the BRDF section there is a Microfaset GTR ( GGX). If the V-Ray version is older than 3.1 then the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn Phong or Ward – which is preferable for you.
