Model of a modern residential facade.
The facade’s main elements are 3D models and are seperate meshes.
Interiors are 3-dimensional (walls) with various furniture as textures on planes (plants lamps kitchens etc.) and with most lights on (for night renders).

You can turn the main interior lights off simply by deleting the layer called – interior ceiling lights. Then the interiors will not be visibile during daytime.
