The color of the skin and rug can be changed with the CoronaColor card.

In FBX there is a low-poly model without folds and a high-poly model optimized with the ProOptimizer modifier.

The model has a modifier HairAndFur (screenshot with the settings in the archive). To display correctly in the Rendering – Environmen … menu on the Effects tab select Hair and Fur and in the Hairs column select mr prim.
