The turbosmooth modifier was assigned to the decorative elements in the max file but not applied. In the obj file the anti-aliasing modifier for decorative elements is not assigned so as not to make the model heavier if necessary do it yourself.
For Corona render it is recommended to install a version of at least 1.5 since the glossiness of materials is configured with PBR in mind.
