The pile is implemented by a displacement map. For close-up shots I recommend setting Screen size: 0.5px in Render Setup > Performance > Displacement; for medium and long-range shots this value can be increased to 2-3px.

The scene contains the TurboSmooth modifier – 1 Render iters the stack is not collapsed. There is no modifier in the export file.

For Corona render it is recommended to install version no lower than 1.5 since the glossiness of the materials is adjusted taking into account PBR.
