Throughout the year Santa Claus receives letters from children they are delivered on a special postal airplane otherwise they can not get to the village.
Santa Claus and his assistants carefully read all the letters and write down wishes in the Great Gift Book. Post gnomes know many many languages because letters to Korvatunturi come from around the world. Every message must be translated and read even if it is written in the most incomprehensible language in the world.
