All materials are easily edited by color

Displacement is used on some materials if you have a weak PC then turn it off while working with the scene and turn it on before rendering. I do not recommend cleaning at all it can affect the appearance of the material.

Also some materials use the Corona UVW Randomizer map which is slightly different on older versions.
